Tooth fairy
Part two of the Bedtime stories Written By Stephen Smith
Once upon a time, a tooth fairy named Tilly lived in a faraway land. Her job was to collect loose baby teeth from under children's pillows while they slept and leave a small reward in exchange. Tilly was a hardworking fairy who took her job very seriously. She knew every tooth she collected was essential to the child who had lost it.
One night, Tilly flew to a small village where a little girl named Emily lived. Emily had just lost her first tooth, and she was very excited to see what the tooth fairy would leave in its place. Tilly landed softly on the windowsill and peeked inside Emily's bedroom. Emily was fast asleep, and Tilly saw the tooth lying under her pillow. She smiled to herself and flew over to collect it.
As Tilly reached for the tooth, she noticed something strange. The tooth was glowing! Tilly had never seen anything like it before. She picked up the tooth and examined it closely. It had a faint green glow that seemed to pulsate in time with Emily's breathing. Tilly wondered what it meant, but she knew her job was to collect the tooth and leave a reward.
Tilly took the tooth and left a shiny gold coin under Emily's pillow. She then flew back to her home in the Enchanted Forest, where she showed the glowing tooth to her fairy friends. None of them had ever seen anything like it before. They asked the wise old owl who lived in the forest for his advice.
Tilly and her fairy friends flew to the wise old owl's treehouse the next day. They explained the situation to him and showed him the glowing tooth. The wise old owl stroked his beard thoughtfully and said, "This is a very special tooth indeed. It belongs to a child who has a great destiny ahead of them. You must take great care to find the child and give them a special reward."
Tilly and her friends were excited but also nervous. They had never been on a quest like this before. They asked the wise old owl how they would know which child the tooth belonged to. The owl replied, "You must follow the glow. It will lead you to the child."
Tilly and her friends set off on their quest. They flew all over the land, following the faint green glow of the tooth. They searched high and low but couldn't find the child the tooth belonged to. They started losing hope when encountered a small village they had never visited.
The tooth's glow suddenly became brighter as they flew over the village. Tilly and her friends knew that they had found the child. They landed softly on the windowsill of a small cottage and looked inside. A young girl named Lily was sleeping peacefully in her bed.
Tilly and her friends knew they had to be careful not to wake Lily up. They flew over to her pillow and collected the glowing tooth. They then left a special reward under her pillow – a golden key that would unlock the door to her dreams.
The following day, Lily woke up and found the golden key under her pillow. She was overjoyed and knew it was a special gift from the tooth fairy. She put the key under her pillow and went back to sleep, dreaming of all the adventures she would have.
Tilly and her friends flew back to the Enchanted Forest, feeling happy and fulfilled. They had completed their quest and given a special gift to a child destined for greatness. From that day on, Tilly always kept a lookout for glowing teeth. She knew that they were a sign of something special and that she had an important job to help the children on their journey to greatness.
